All works are made to order and reflect our gallery-standard commitment to craftsmanship and integrity.

2. Ordering & Creation Process
Each painting begins only after your order is confirmed.
What to Expect:
  • Your artwork is hand-painted from a blank canvas.
  • Preview photos or video updates will be shared during the process.
  • You approve the final stage before shipping.
Timeline:
  • Painting takes approximately 5–7 business days post-confirmation.
  • Orders ship within 24 hours of final approval via DHL or FedEx Express.

3. Shipping & Packaging Standards
We package every artwork with gallery-grade protective materials, tailored to each format:

Unframed                  Rolled in acid-free paper, sealed in archival tubes
Framed                       ≥20mm shock-absorbent foam, 7-layer export-grade corrugated carton, or wooden crate, corner guards

Additional shipping safeguards:
  • Climate barrier materials for long-distance or humid destinations
  • Hanging kits included with framed works
  • Full transit insurance at declared value
Optional Add-on:

4. Return Policy & Handcrafted Integrity
Artomira accepts returns within 14 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

Personal dissatisfaction or space mismatch         Return within 14 days — 20% restocking fee + $39 packaging cost + return shipping fee + 100% insurance coverage

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
  • Personalized, custom-commissioned, or commercial project artworks (Final Sale)
  • Inherent characteristics of hand-painted art, including:
  1. Natural brushstroke variation
  2. Impasto and textured surface differences
  3. Layered tonal depth from oil/acrylic application
  4. Visible canvas weave
These qualities are intentional and reflect the uniqueness and craftsmanship of human-made art.

5. Pricing & Import Duties
  • All orders require full prepayment in USD via secure checkout (credit card or PayPal).

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
  • Artwork ownership transfers upon delivery.
  • Artist copyrights remain with the original creator unless otherwise licensed.
  • Artomira and its artists do not authorize any visual material for AI training or reproduction without consent.
7. Privacy & Data Security
  • We collect only essential information: name, address, order number, and transaction ID.
  • We never collect full credit card numbers or government IDs.
  • Fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection standards.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information.

8. Liability & Force Majeure
  • Artomira is not responsible for:
  1. Customs clearance delays
  2. Weather or natural disasters
  3. Minor color or lighting variation due to screen displays
  • All artworks are hand-painted. Slight texture and tone shifts reflect the authenticity of traditional techniques.
