 Creation

Each painting is meticulously hand-painted just for you by one of our professional artists.
Please allow up to 7 days for creation. We’ll send you photo or video progress updates and gladly adjust colors or details until you’re fully satisfied.

 Shipping& Tracking

Ships within 24 hours of final approval via FedEx/DHL/UPS Express

Once you approve the final version, your artwork ships within 24 hours via FedEx or DHL/UPS Express.

Tracking number emailed within 24 hours of dispatch

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location(remote areas +2 days).

 

 


 

 Packaging – Museum-Grade, Global-Ready

To ensure gallery-level protection during international transit, each piece is packaged using materials that meet professional art logistics standards:

 Unframed (Rolled Canvas)

· Rolled with acid-free interleaving paper

· Sealed inside a durable archival tube with 3mm moisture barrier

· Tube ends reinforced to prevent crushing

· Ideal for professional framing upon arrival

️ Framed or Stretched Canvas (Ready-to-Hang)

· Wrapped in protective plastic film with corner guards

· Secured with ≥20mm EPE foam for shock absorption

· Packed in either:
• A 7-layer export-grade corrugated carton, or
• A custom wooden crate (for oversized or high-value works)

· Includes an accessory kit: gloves, hanging hardware, and care instructions

All packaging is climate-sealed, marked “FRAGILE – Original Artwork,” and handled with priority care from door to door.

 


 

 Global Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL Express, including remote and rural areas.
Note: Due to customs limitations, we currently do not ship directly to Mexico. You may use a U.S. forwarding address instead.
