We collect only the essentials to fulfill your orders and improve your experience:

· Order Details – Purchase history, transaction ID (processed securely via Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal)

· Browsing Activity – Artworks viewed, IP address, cookie preferences

· Messages – Any communications you send us (e.g. support or inquiries)

We never collect full credit card numbers, government ID, or sensitive personal data.

We deeply respect the creators behind every painting:

· Copyright remains with the original artist unless a separate license is signed

· No AI training – Uploaded or sold artworks are never used to train AI models

· Anti-scraping protection – Art is protected via digital watermarking, robots.txt, and no-index tags to block automated scraping

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not intended for users under 13.
If we learn we’ve collected info from a child, we’ll delete it promptly and notify the parent or guardian.

· Major changes → We’ll notify you via banner or email if you subscribed
