Artomira Refund & Return Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Artomira, we stand behind every brushstroke. Each piece is a commissioned original, hand-painted by our team of professional artists.

If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork upon delivery, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receipt under the following conditions:

· Artwork arrives damaged during transit

· Artwork deviates significantly (more than 30%) from your final approved version

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, full insurance coverage, and proper packaging. Returns due to personal taste or space mismatch are also accepted within 14 days, subject to deductions outlined in Section 6.

For returns based on personal preference or aesthetic concerns, please submit your request within the 14-day period and provide clear, daylight photographs. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis (see Section 3).

 


 

2. Custom Artwork Policy (Final Sale)

All artworks are made-to-order and non-resalable:

· No cancellations, refunds, or returns once production has begun

· In-progress photos or videos will be provided for your review

· Your approval confirms final visual specifications

Exception: Verified Deviation (>30%)

If the delivered artwork differs substantially from your last approved version — such as incorrect dimensions, missing elements, or significant color shifts — you may request a full refund or a repaint.

· Return shipping fees and full insurance coverage are the buyer’s responsibility

· You must submit comparative images and videos under natural daylight clearly showing the deviation

· No restocking fees apply when the deviation is verified

 


 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please submit damage claims within 7 calendar days of delivery, including the following documentation:

- Comparative photos/videos under natural daylight showing deviation from final approved version

Free repaint or repair

Valid defects include:

· Tears or punctures in the canvas

· Frame damage

· Peeling paint exceeding 5cm²

· Color or composition mismatches

 Carrier documentation is essential for all transit damage claims. Without it, claims may be denied by both Artomira and the shipping insurer.

 


 

4. Artistic Variations (Non-Defect)

Because each piece is hand-painted, natural variations are expected and do not constitute defects. These include:

· Slight tonal shifts due to lighting or drying

· Minor edge warping or creasing

· Intentional asymmetry in abstract or minimalist styles

· Subtle differences from sample references

These characteristics are part of the artwork’s authenticity and uniqueness.

 


 

5. Display Color Variations & Device Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to:

· Display calibration on screens

· Device brightness and color settings

· Ambient lighting in your environment

Subjective differences such as:

· “It looked warmer on my phone”

· “It appears darker under my lamp”

· “The blue looks greener in my room”

are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Extra preview photos are available upon request before shipment. By approving previews, you acknowledge and accept the artwork’s final appearance.

 


 

6. Returns Based on Personal Preference or Aesthetic Mismatch

If the artwork arrives as approved but does not suit your space, you may return it within 14 calendar days with the following deductions:

 Return within 14 days — 20% restocking fee + $39 packaging cost + return shipping fee + 100% insurance coverage

 This policy applies only after final approval and shipment. We encourage thorough review of previews before confirming your order.

 


 

7. Cancellation & Refund Overview

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned artwork in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable deductions.

 


 

9. Commercial & Bulk Orders

Due to the complexity and customization involved:

· All commercial and bulk orders are final sale

· Please carefully review all previews and specifications prior to approval

10. Fraud Prevention & Documentation

To protect our artists and customers, Artomira documents every commissioned artwork with:

· High-resolution photos under natural daylight

· Detailed records of canvas dimensions and packaging

· Timestamped approval logs

· Unique artwork identification codes

Refunds or replacements may be denied if submitted evidence is unverifiable, altered, or suggests fraudulent activity.
