Q10: How long does shipping take?

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days worldwide via DHL or FedEx Express
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take +2 days
  • Shipments to Mexico require a U.S. forwarder due to customs restrictions (+$85 fee)
  • Important notices:
▸ Mexico shipments: Must be routed through a U.S. forwarder (additional $85 fee)
▸ Extreme climate zones:
     ✓Applies to destinations with consistent temperatures >35°C or < -10°C (e.g. Dubai, Oslo, Siberia)

Q11: Is shipping insured?

Yes—every order is fully insured door-to-door. We handle all claims should transit issues occur.

Q12: How is artwork packaged?

  • Unframed canvas: Acid-free paper, sealed archival tube, waterproof/end reinforcement
  • Framed/stretched canvas: Plastic wrap, corner guards, ≥20 mm EPE foam, 7-layer corrugated box or wooden crate, moisture barrier
  • Always climate-controlled, labeled “FRAGILE,” and shipped priority

Q13: Can I combine multiple artworks in one shipment?

Yes. We offer free consolidation and handling for multiple-item orders.

Q14: Are there special packing services?

Yes — choose our “Surprise Service” for discreet gift wrapping. The contents will not be disclosed on the package. A small packaging fee applies.

Q15: How can I track my artwork’s delivery?

You’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. Reach out to support anytime if any delay arises.

 Cancellations /Returns & Refund Policy

Q16: How does cancellation work?

  • Within 24 hours: ✅ Full refund
  • Post-production: Refund available under the terms in Q19

Q17: How are refunds processed?

  • Issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt of returned piece
  • Applicable deductions are based on return reason and type (see Q19)

Q18: Can I return a painting if I’m not satisfied?

Yes—returns are accepted within 14 calendar days under the following conditions:
✓ Shipping damage (reported within 48 hours, per Q20)
✓ Major deviation (>30%) from final approved version (emailed before shipping))
✓ Personal preference or space mismatch (see Q19)
Applicable fees for space-based returns: 20% restocking + $39 packaging + insured return shipping. All returns require pre-approval with daylight photos.

Q19: Can I return a custom or commissioned artwork?

Custom pieces are final sale unless there is shipping damage or verified deviation. For approved returns, standard deductions apply: 5% deposit, 10% artist fee, $39 packaging, 20% restocking, plus buyer’s insured return shipping.

Q20: How do I report shipping damage?

Submit within 48 hours of delivery:
  1. Keep all original packaging
  2. Full unboxing video
  3. At least 6 daylight photos from different angles
  4. Any carrier damage documentation
When verified, choose full refund or free repaint—and we cover return shipping.

Q21: What counts as a valid quality issue?

Valid claims require proof of deviation from your final approved version (emailed before shipping). Covered issues include:
    ✓ Incorrect size/layout (e.g., ordered 120×80cm but received 100×60cm)
    ✓ Missing key elements (e.g., omitted pet in portrait)
    ✓ Major color shift (e.g., approved navy blue arrived as sky blue)

How to verify:
      Take daylight photos of the received artwork
      Place them side-by-side with our final approval email
      Email both images to support@artomira.com
Approved claims entitle you to:

❌ No restocking fees

Not covered:
  • Minor texture/gloss variations
  • Brushstroke details visible in person

Q22: What natural variations are not defects?

  • Slight tonal or lighting variations
  • Visible brushstrokes, impasto, canvas texture, asymmetry
  • Minor edge warping or creasing
  • Screen-to-screen color differences
These are part of the handcrafted work and preserve authenticity.

Q23: Why do colors vary compared to my screen?

Screen display, device calibration, and room lighting can influence appearance. We recommend requesting extra preview images to ensure satisfaction

Commercial Orders

Q24: What about commercial or bulk projects?

All B2B and commercial commissions are final sale. We offer detailed previews, creative support, and trade pricing. No returns except for damage or verified deviation. Please confirm carefully before shipping.(see Commercial Terms of Service)

Artistic Integrity & Display

Q25: Who owns the artwork?

Physical ownership transfers upon delivery. Artists retain copyright unless a license agreement is separately signed. Buyers have non-exclusive public/private display rights and may resell( Restrictions: No NFT or blockchain conversion, No derivative products ( e.g., merchandise, home goods, digital wallpapers)

Q26: Can my artwork be used for AI or prints?

No. Without express artist permission, use of artwork for AI training, reproduction, or commercial license is strictly prohibited.

Fraud Prevention & Documentation

Q27: How do you prevent fraud?

Each painting is documented with studio photos, dimension records, timestamped approvals, and unique ID codes. Return/refund requests without verifiable documentation may be denied.

Privacy & Data Protection

Q28: What personal data do you collect?

We only collect what’s needed to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address, purchase info, and correspondence. We do not store full payment card data or government IDs.
